Samedi 12 &amp; Dimanche 13 septembre 2009<br /><br />Règlement<br /><br />1° Horaires<br />De 10h à 18h30, les samedi et dimanche.<br />Les organisateurs vous accueilleront à 7h00 pour vous indiquer votre emplacement.<br />Pour éviter de gêner les différents exposants, nous vous demandons de ne pas plier votre stand avant 18h30.<br /><br />2° Inscription<br />L’inscription ne sera effective qu’après réception du paiement.<br />Tout désistement devra être signalé avant le 15 août 2009 dans le cas contraire l’inscription ne sera plus remboursable.<br /><br />2° Vernissage<br />Un vin d’honneur sera offert par l’organisateur le samedi à 11h30 dans la salle des Fêtes.<br /><br />3° Assurance<br />La responsabilité des organisateurs ne pourra être engagée notamment en cas de vol ou perte d’œuvres lors des journées d’exposition, de dégradation ou de destruction.
